Ford Exec Says Fully-Autonomous Cars Won't Arrive Until 2026-31
Ford's head of research believes we all may have to wait a while longer than some automakers suggest in order to be chauffeured in true fully autonomous vehicles. The American automaker is now developing a Level 4 autonomous vehicle, one that doesn't require a steering wheel or pedals, to be used in a ride-sharing service in the year 2021.
